Summary of Business

Founded in Beijing in 2003, NEW WORLD TECHNOLOGY AND MEDIA CO.,LTD. has invested more than RMB 120 million in research and development. Now the company has branch offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Wuhan and Hong Kong.Our overseas department is set in Shenzhen now.
Our R&D team focuses on the technology in Video Compression, Wireless Video Transmission, Dedicated Short Range Communication (DSRC), as well as Information Security.Based on these technologies, We designed and developed following products and projects:

Pocket DVR EC-900 Series
Pocket DVR is the new weapon, specialized for law enforcement officials of Judicial authority to do video and audio recording. Related tech, soft & hardware and fittings are specially researched based on different kinds of characteristics required by the company when they record during law enforcement. Small size, Light weight.

Wireless Video Surveillance
Supported by Chinese Military Police, We developed the Wireless Video Surveillance Series with CDMA/3G video transmission technology.The product series can be applied in the vehicle, remote area, as well as individual duty,to monitor wirelessly and real-time via computer or PDA. The reliability and the stability of the product series are proved by Military Police through their sham battle of anti-terrorists.

DBS
We cooperated with Hong Kong New World Group to develope the world first multi-functional real-time passenger information service system -- the DBS (Digital Bus Stop) system. With the core technology of DSRC, the DBS system integrated the functions of Real-Time Information System, Voice Guidance for Visually Impaired, Secured Public Information Releasing, as well as Wireless Video Surveillance. The system has been installed in Beijing and Shanghai Pudong.

Certification Authority
Joint with National Information Security Engineering Center, we has built up the largest commercial CA Center. The center is one of 30 licensed CA Center certified by the National Information Industry Minister in the country.

Distant Network Support and Secured Information Releasing
We also provides Distant Network Support and Secured Information Releasing services for New World (China) Distant-Learning Co., Ltd.

Technical Support
We invested into Beijing Chip Light Integrate Circuit Design Ltd to develop products with intellectual property, the high-speed module Multi Number encryption generator, and the True Random Generator.
